Zyras Return/Exchange Policy

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Full refunds are provided for unused items, while gently used items may qualify for store credit or a partial refund.

Used Lashes & Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used lashes for resale. However, if you tried the lashes but were not satisfied, we offer store credit or a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

Non-Refundable Issues

Refunds will not be provided for application-related concerns. Due to the nature of our lashes, customers must thoroughly attempt to resolve any application issues by following our instructions. If, after a genuine effort, the application still doesn’t work, you may contact us to explain the issue. Upon review, if we determine that you did your best to apply the product, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include store credit, full refund, or a partial refund depending on the situation.

Defective, Damaged, or Missing Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly provide a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process.

If your order is missing an item, we will also reship those to you at no cost. However, due to the nature of our lashes, you must notify us within 48-72 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund for missing item(s).

Eye Compatibility

Our lashes are designed to be slightly malleable, allowing them to suit a wide variety of eye shapes, styles, and types. However, we understand that a 100% perfect fit may not always be possible. If the lashes aren't wide enough for your eyes, we’ll happily send replacements from our Plus range. Any other compatibility concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction. If no suitable exchange or replacement is available, a refund will be provided.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔️ In its original packaging
✔️ Unworn or only gently used (for store credit or partial refund)
✔️ Returned within 30 days of delivery
✔️ Accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order number

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will provide a free replacement.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first. Returns must be approved before sending the item back. Once accepted, you will be provided with the return address. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Typically, orders are shipped within 8-10 business hours of being placed. Please consider this before finalizing your purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.
